FOOLISH VIRGIN The RAWSISTAZ™ Reviewers Beverly Taylor has written an amazingly clear message about sexual abstinence that was free of profanity and explicit sex scenes—a refreshing change. It wasn’t preachy and the characters did all the work in relaying the message. I found it to be an accurate portrayal of what our teens face in high school around the country. The way these teens were dealing with peer pressure is a model for other kids to follow. Taylor also provided tons of facts and statistics on sexually transmitted diseases in the book that should inspire any youth to wait on matrimony. I would have no problem recommending this book to all young adults. I look forward to the next book in the series. I was glad this novel didn't contain profanity and graphic sex. I look forward to the next series and would definitely recommend this quick read for parents to give to their teens. The ultimate surprise was the health research information at the end of the novel which will come in handy for sexually active teens (and adults).
